Cancelling your subscription

If you have decided to stop using Coreo, or just want to know more about how ending your subscription works, this document should provide the answers you need.

Monthly and Annual Subscriptions

If you’re on a standard monthly or annual subscription plan then you can choose to stop your subscription at any point. Your account will continue to be available until midnight of the last day of your subscription.

To cancel your subscription simply email us at hello@natural-apptitude.co.uk and let us know when you would like your subscription to end. We will acknowledge your request by email and cancel any future invoices or direct debits.

Note that we don’t currently offer refunds for any remaining time on your current subscription.

Contracts

If you are an Enterprise client or have a multi-year contract for Coreo first check your contract end date.

You may have to pay an ‘early termination’ fee if you end your subscription before your contract finishes. Your contract subscription end date will be on your invoice. Contact us at hello@natural-apptitude.co.uk if you need to confirm your contract end date.

Notification

We’ll always notify you at least one month before your contract ends.

Cancellation fees if you leave your contract early

If you cancel your service before the end of your contract period then you will incur an early termination fee. The end of the contract period is usually either 24 or 36 months from the date you started your subscription.

For example, if your contract period is 24 months, you can only leave without paying a fee after you’ve had the subscription for 24 months.

How we calculate the fee

The fee is the total of the remaining amount you would have paid up to the end of your contract.

Example of cancellation fee

You pay £30 a month. You have four months left in your contract period. We multiply £30 by four months, totalling £120 + VAT.
