We’re thrilled to share how Coreo is accelerating nature restoration with our recent case study featuring Nattergal, a company dedicated to transforming ecologically degraded land.

In 2024, Nattergal acquired the 200-hectare Harold’s Park Wildland in Essex and needed an efficient system for baseline monitoring, especially for UKHab and crucial Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) assessments.

By using Coreo’s digital solution, Nattergal’s Landscape Ecologist, Rachel Blount, was able to leverage our tools for desktop pre-survey, field data collection and post-survey processing, instantly streamlining the entire workflow.

The result was a massive increase in efficiency and resulting saving of resources:

“Digitising and standardising our surveys using Coreo has improved accuracy and saved us days of transcribing data. This frees up more resources for analysis, interpretation and on-the-ground action.” Rachel Blount | Landscape Ecologist | Nattergal

Following this success, Nattergal has expanded their use of Coreo to their entire monitoring programme, including breeding bird surveys, butterfly transects and reptile surveys.
