Whether you are conducting baseline surveys, protected species surveys, or running custom field surveys, having a clear, unified view of your data is critical.
In the past, working across multiple datasets, like combining UKHab mapping with species surveys or custom pre-survey forms, meant jumping between different maps, pages, and exports to assemble the full picture.
We know how much time that can take. Driven by your feedback, we are thrilled to launch the all-new Combined Records View, bringing all your data together in one place and on one map.
What is the New Combined Records View?
The Combined Records View brings your spatial map and tabular data together into one synchronised screen. Instead of managing separate screens or switching between project layers, you can now manage, analyse, and export your UKHab, pre-survey, baseline, species, and custom form data from one combined map and table layout.
Key Capabilities & Improvements
1. See Only the Data That Matters to You
With our new form selector, you decide exactly which data you see on the map at one time and you can easily move between different data tables with the new tabbed tables view.

2. Tailor Your Workspace & Tables
Choose which columns you want to see and export in each form table. You can reorder and resize them for optimal readability.

3. Export Comprehensive, Print-Ready Maps
Sharing progress with clients or including visual evidence in reports is now much easier. You can export a single map displaying all selected record layers – complete with a clear map legend and any data-driven styling symbols you’ve set up.

4. Make Sense of Complex Data Relationships
Nested forms no longer require manual cross-referencing. Parent, children and grandchildren forms are now connected within the same record details, making it easy to find exactly what you need and to see the relationships between them.

5. Find Relevant Records More Easily
You can now set up filters either universally across all your visible forms (e.g by date range) or based on form specific criteria.
6. Export Exactly What You Need
No more exporting multiple sets of results and stitching them together in spreadsheets. Once you’ve set up your visible forms, adjusted your columns, and applied your filters, you can export all active data in a single, unified step.
And much more…!
