There are a number of reasons why the price of your Coreo licence subscription might change. The overall licence fee for Coreo is reviewed annually (usually in January) and costs may increase due to rising 3rd party service charges, inflation and other costs related to providing the service.
Your subscription costs may also change due to opting to add or remove certain features or products, or when moving between subscription tiers. If you have an Enterprise licence, costs will be set for the contractual term of the licence and may be subject to change upon renewal, as above.
The Coreo platform is continuously being developed and enhanced and you will always have access to the latest version via the app stores regardless of which subscription tier you are on.
Some features are only available within certain tiers, however, and the key differences are explained on our Pricing page.
There are no limits to the number of surveys (projects) you can build and run in the Fundamentals, Professional or Enterprise tiers. The Starter tier, which is intended for people who have very simple requirements, or are testing the water, is limited to two surveys.
